MARK GROSSMAN
Mark's approach to successfully litigating a case is simple: a close relationship
with his client and lots of hard work. "Nothing takes the place of rolling up your
sleeves and working hard until you know the information inside and out. That is
the only way to win a case." Mark's attitude has been the same since he began
litigating intellectual property 20 years ago.
Technologies Mark has litigated include: power tools, medical implants,
automotive engines, intermodal structures, software, electronic security, electromechanical and telephony retraction, automotive service equipment,
steel-forming and cut-off equipment, military artillery, hand tools, sporting equipment, business forms, orthodontic appliances, construction equipment, motorcycle
conversions and telephone security.
Mark has admitted to practice and has appeared before numerous U.S. District
Courts and U.S. Courts of Appeals, and has successfully argued at the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (patent appellate court). Since 1991, Mark has
represented clients in Federal Courts in California, Illinois, Washington, D.C.,
Texas, New York, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Florida, Indiana,
Ohio Missouri, Arizona and Nevada.
